28 September, 2003

The annual Oktoberfest at the Double Luck is held.

17 August, 2003

We install this beautiful stained glass window over the tub in the master bath. The window was built by niece Lora Cossey of Los Alamos, NM.

13 July, 2003

We celebrate the second anniversary of the day we moved into The Double Luck Farm House by making a batch of wine. This one is a Lodi Old Vines Zinfandel.

5 July, 2003

We celebrate the Fifth of July with friends, because we need the rain. We receive this fantastic Double Luck Ale Road crossing signal as a gift from Scott DeWalt (left) and Sean Lewis (right).

16 February, 2003

The first batch of Double Luck wine is bottled. We are calling it a Merlot even though it is actually a blend of Merlot and Zinfandel. The grapes are from the 2002 season.

31 January, 2003

Hosting service for the Double Luck web site and internet domain is moved to RPH Technology Services in Rosharon, TX.

15 January, 2003

This Bachmann Shay steam engine has been acquired as the primary motive power for the Double Luck Railroad (N Division).

4 January, 2003

Fermentation begins in the first batch of Double Luck wine.
